English helps to raise up tourism because its easy to communicate with the foreigners. He may not be entirely happy jumping up and down but being clam and not paying great attention to what he missed. This may be gradual and may not attain the best result expected as in a normal child but in consideration of his condition any small change towards emotional stability is a key outcome.
